Business Analyst-1202337DescriptionThis position is responsible for providing customer service to Corporate Clients with the use of American Express MIS products via data transmission and Electronic Data Interchange. Consults with other business units, regions and third party vendor I/T staff on implementations and continual maintenance of electronic remittances and data files. Acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients by facilitating the implementation and testing of protocols. Also maintains and troubleshoots data transmission issues for MIS Card, Travel and Payment Data. Must be able to support IMR (Information Management Record) second level support on a rotational, 24/7 weekly basis.Blended ServicingHours of Operations: 1830 HRS - 0300 HRSPreferred Skills: Knowledge/experience involving Mainframe, TSO, JCL, XCOM, NDM, EDI and SFT.
